Ingredients
- *Ham Balls:*
- 3 lbs ground ham
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- *Sauce*
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbls dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ham, beef, pork, cracker crumbs, milk and eggs and stir until well mixed.
Shape into about 24 large meatballs.
Place in a single layer in 2 large shallow roasting pans.
Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350* for about one hour, basting occasionally
