Ingredients
- 4 lbs whole beets
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beets until tender. Remove skins and pack in sterilized jars. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, honey and salt together. Bring to a boil and pour over beets.
Cover jars with lids and rings and secure tightly.
