AMARETTO STRAWBERRIES

For that "little something" after a heavy meal.

Ingredients

• 2 cups sliced small fresh strawberries
• 1/4 cup almond-flavoring liqueur (such as Amaretto)
• 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine strawberries and liqueur in medium bowl. Cover. Marinate at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve over ice cream in small individual bowls.
