Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 C. butter
- 1/2 C. confectioners' sugar
- 2 C. flour
- Filling:
- 4 eggs -- beaten
- 2 C. sugar
- 6 Tbs. Key lime juice
- 4 Tbs. flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Confectioners' sugar

Directions
Crust: Mix all ingredients and press into a 13x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Watch carefully. Beat together the eggs, sugar and lime juice. Add the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix and pour on top of the crust. Bake 25 minutes more. Sprinkle the top with confectioners' sugar and cut into bars.
