Ingredients
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla, powder or extract
- dash sea salt
- 2 tsp super greens, dry powder
- 1/4 c date paste, (6-8 dates soaked in 1/4 cup water and blend)
- 3 TBSP Almond or Coconut Milk (she froze hers in ice cube trays)
- 1/4 c raw cacoa powder
Preparation
Step 1
Blend well. Freeze in shallow dish or in scoops. Sprinkle with
coconut and enjoy!
