Ingredients

  • 2.5 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2.5 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 Tbsp.+ 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

In large skillet, brown 1 lb. ground beef until crumbly; drain fat. Add 4 teaspoons spice mix and ⅔ cup water; mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered, 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has cooked off.

Keep In A Sealed Glass Jar And Use 4 Teaspoons Per 1 Pound Of Hamburger. This Is Really Good!
