Macadamia Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup soy, hemp or almond milk
  • 2/3 cup dates, pitted

Preparation

Step 1

Blend nuts, soy milk, and dates together in a high powered blender.

Serve over strawberries, other berries or fruit. May also be used as a topping on a fruit sorbet or fruit compote.

Note: Cashews may be substituted for the macadamia nuts. For a different flavor, substitute dried mangos for half the dates. Soak the dried mangos in the soy milk overnight.
