  • 8 oz. crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil {3.75oz}
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion {2.5oz}
  • 2 tablespoons red vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Few grinds of pepper

Combine and let sit 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers or bread
