  • One deep dish cooked pie crust.
  • 1 pkg. Sheriff lemon pie filling
  • 1/3 cup COLD water
  • 1 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (250 g) pkg cream cheese (room temp)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook filling with 2 eggs, cold water and boiling water. Cook until thick and remove from heat. Let cool. (About 5 minutes) Reserve 1 cup of filling for top.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend remaining filling with cream cheese. Pour into crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Spread reserved filling over pie and refrigerate for 3 hours.
