Ingredients

  • 1

    tbsp olive oil

  • 1

    onion chopped

  • 3

    cloves garlic chopped

  • 1

    red pepper chopped

  • 1

    (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes

  • 1

    (14 oz) can fire roasted diced tomatoes

  • 4

    cans (6 oz) chopped or minced clams with juice

  • 2

    cans ( 8 oz) baby clams

  • 1

    tsp oregano

  • 1

    tsp basil

  • 1

    tsp Old Bay Seasoning or seafood seasoning

  • dash red pepper flakes

  • 3

    tbsp parsley

  • pepper to taste

  • ½

    tsp thyme

  • 1

    tbsp tomatoe paste

Directions

1. In a sauce pan, saute till tender, olive oil, onion, garlic and red pepper. 2. Add all the other ingredients and lower heat to medium low and cover. 3. Cook at least 1 hour. 4. Serve over pasta.
