cups Strawberries Quartered
1⁄2 teaspoonsOrange rind Grated fresh
tablespoonsOrange Juice Fresh
teaspoon Cinnamon ground
(6-ounce) cartons Weight watchers Vanilla nonfat Yogurt 1 cup Granola, low fat
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. 2. Spoon 1⁄2 carton yogurt (about 1/3 cup) into each of 4 (8-ounce) parfait glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons granola and about 1⁄3 cup fruit mixture. Repeat layers. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
