Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a medium bowl, cream the sugars and the butter together until smooth. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, and stir until just combined. Stir the crushed cookies into the dough. Cover, and chill the dough for at least 1/2 hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease cookie sheets. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 mins in the preheated oven. Remove to cool on wire racks.
