Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin or top round steak, 3/4" thick
- 1 tbsp veg. oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cond. tomato Soup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 cups thawed broccoli
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice beef into very thin strips
2. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add beef and stir until browned and juices evaporate
3. Add soup, soy, vinegar, garlic, and pepper flakes.
4. Heat to a boil, add broccoli and cook over medium heat
5. Serve over rice or egg noodles
