Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- 2 cups flour (sifted)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the cream, egg yolk and vanilla and mix until well blended.
Add the flour and mix with a mixer until you've incorporated as much as possible. Mix the rest in by hand.
Put into a cookie press and press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are very light golden brown.
