Ingredients
- Self- rising cornmeal ( Bake following buttermilk directions on the pkg.)
- Whole Chicken (boiled)
- 1 1/2 cups onions (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups scallion onions (chopped)
- 3 to 4 stalks of celery (chopped)
- One pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
- 2 jars of chopped water chestnuts
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Bake the cornmeal according to the buttermilk receipe on the back of the pkg. Let cool, then break into large bowl. Boil the whole chicken saving the broth. Combine all ingredents in large bowl, soften with broth. Shred chicken with hands and add to mixture. Bake at 400 until browned and bubbly.
