Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. horseradish
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 c. finely diced seeded cucumber
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add lemon juice, onion, dill, horseradish and hot pepper sauce. Fold in cucumber. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Yield: 2-1/2 c.
