French Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 8 cups finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 3 tbs. flour
- 8 cups beef stock/boullion
- 1 cup apple juice
- Toasted Italian bread
- Mozzarella cheese slices

Preparation
Step 1
Stir onions in butter over medium heat until golden brown. Stir in flour. Add stock and juice. Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 hours.
Pour into bowls over toasted bread. Top with cheese.
Bake at 400 to melt cheese
