Jiffy Snow Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Food coloring optional

Preparation

Step 1

Bring syrup to a boil and slowly drizzle into eggs while beating on med-high speed until icing becomes stiff and shiny.

Beat in vanilla. Beat a few minutes more. Add food coloring at the same time as vanilla if you wish.

Will cover a two layer cake.
