  • 20 vanilla cookies
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 3 pckgs cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 mashed bananas1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup bavarian cream
  • 2 bananas sliced

Step 1

make crust and form in a 10 inch springform pan. preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until creamy, add sugar and cornstarch until blended, then add the eggs one at a time. Mix in bananas, heavy cream, and vanilla until incoorperated. Pour mixture into chilled crust. Place pan on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 200 and continue cooking for 1 hr 15 min or until center is set. Loosen edges of cheescake rim, refrigerate, uncovered for 6 hrs, allow to sit at room temp for 15 min before serving, top with bavarian cream and bananas.
