Simple Turkey with Stuffing and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (6 oz each) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 fresh or thawed frozen whole turkey breast (5 lb.)
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 jars (12 oz each) turkey gravy
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425*

1. Prepare stuffing as directed on package; mound in center of greased 13x9 inch pan

2. Place turkey, breast-side up, on top of stuffing, covering stuffing completely. Brush turkey with oil

3. Bake 30 min. Reduce oven temperature to 325*F. Bake 45 min to 1 hour or until turkey is done (165*F).

4. Let stand 10 min before carving. Meanwhile, heat gravy in small saucepan; stir in sour cream

5. Serve over turkey and stuffing
