Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast halves with bones
- 1 9 oz pkg frozen green beans
- 1/2 small onion cut very thin
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/8 teas. pepper
- 1/4 c reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 ozs reduced fat cream cheese cubed
- 1/2 teas. finely shredded lemon peel

Preparation
Step 1
Place frozen green beans and onion in 1 1/2 qt slow cooker. Place chicken on vegetables. Srinkle with garlic and pepper. Pour broth over all.
Cover cook on low 4-5 hours or on high for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
Transfer chicken and vegetables to serving plates and keep warm
Sauce; beat cream cheese and shredded lemon peel with mixer low until smooth. Slowly add cooking liquid beating on low until blended. Spoon over vegetables.
