Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup scalded milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and added to milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 ounces milk chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs until thick.
Gradually add sugare while beating.
Add milk (with butter) and vanilla.
Add all dry ingredients.
Pour into a greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
Spread peanut butter over hot cake; let cool.
Melt chocolate and spread over peanut butter.
