Ingredients
- 1 tsp. butter
- 4 cups fresh or frozen sweet corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. basil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter in large nonstick skillet. Add corn and cook until hot, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat throughly. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
