Ingredients
- Slow Cooker Liner
- 3cups3 cups vegetable juice
- 2cups2 cups hot water
- 1pound1 pound beef for stew, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 8cups8 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2medium2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1small1 small onion, chopped
- 1/41/4 ketchup
- 3tablespoons3 tablespoons beef-flavor instant bouillon
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Fit liner snugly against slow cooker
Pour the vegetable juice and water into the lined slow cooker. Add beef, vegetables, ketchup, bouillon and pepper; stir gently. Place lid on cooker
Cook on low for 8- 9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until beef is tender.
