Ingredients
- 3 T bacon drippings
- 1/2 c green onions and tops
- 1 c celery diced
- 1/2 lb crisp bacon crumbled
- 3 c rice cooked
- 2 T soya sauce
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 tin mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Heat5 bacon drippings in skillet and add onions and celery. cook till tender.
Add mushrooms, rice and soya sauce. cook 10 minutes on low. Stir in beaten eggs and cook only till egg is done. Add bacon and mix well.
