Ingredients
- 1/2 of a 1 lb pkg linguine(I used basmati rice)
- 1 c broccoli chopped
- 2 T butter
- 1 1/4 lb. chicken breasts cut into chunks
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
prepare linguine according to pkg. Add broccoli during last 4 coooking minutes. Drain when complete
Heat butter in skillet add chicken and cook till brown.
Stir in soup, milk, cheese. black pepper and linguine mixture into skillet and cook till hot.
Serve with additional parmesean cheese
