Brkfst: Smoothie: Primal Green Smoothie

The goal is to get my kids to enjoy green smoothies this year : )

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 dried date, pitted
  • 1/2 cup (handful) frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups raw spinach leaves
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, green and delicious. Add ice cubes as needed for “milkshakier” consistency.
