Better Than Sex Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 20 ounces crushed pineapple
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1 - 3.4 ounce french vanilla pudding - prepared
• 1 cup sweetened coconut, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake as directed on box. Bake 350 for 30 - 35 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.
While cake is baking combine pineapple and 1 cup sugar. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Allow to cool slightly. Remove cake from oven and pierce holes in it with a fork. Pour pineapple mixture over hot cake.
Spread pudding over cake. Refrigerate. Before serving, beat cream and remaining sugar till stiff. Top cake. Sprinkle coconut on top.
