Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 - 4 ounce vanilla instant pudding
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 3 1/2 cups cool whip
- 2 pints strawberries - hulled and halved
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press in 9x13 greased pan. Chill. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk, until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cool whip. Spread over crackers. Arrange strawberries on top. Using 3 1/2 cups of cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over berries. Chil overnight. Add remaining cool whip on top. Top with strawberries.
