Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 2 - (14 oz) can diced tomato
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup orange juice

Step 1
In a saute pan melt butter and onions; cook until tender. Add tomatoes and salt, pepper, baking soda and thyme and bring to a boil.
Quickly simmer on low for 15 minutes or until thicken. Puree tomato mix in blender.
Strain mix and return to pan. Add juice and cream.
