Pastrami Dip

Hot Pastrami dip with bagel chips

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pastrami
  • 1/2 cup of russian or thousand island dressing
  • 1 package of shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cream cheese
  • bagel chips (sea salt preferred)
  • Small container of sauerkraut

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up pastrami
Mix with Cream Cheese
Mix in russian/thousand island dressing
Mix in 1/2 bag of swiss cheese

Spread mixture in Dip Dish
Cover dip with a small amount of sauerkraut
Cover sauerkraut with remaining Cheese

Heat dip up in oven at 350 until cheese bubbles and/or dip looks warmed.

Serve with bagel chips
