Ingredients

  • 1 pound bonless, skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup minced sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay
  • 4 tablespoons mayo
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • lettuce, and tomatoes for topping

Step 1

Chop salmon in a food proccessor until it is the consistancy of ground beef, transfer to a medium bowl and add the onion, parsleyy, 2 teaspooons of horseradish, and old bay to salmon. Divide mixture into 4 burgers, place on a skillet over medium heat and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Mix the mayo and the remaining horseradish until well combined. Set aside. create a burger using the lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
