  • Fold in:

    cups of grated carrots

    cup chopped pecans

    cup raisins

    cup coconut

  • Icing:

  • 1

    stick butter

  • 3

    ounces cream cheese

  • 1

    box confectioners sugar

Directions

Bake 300 for 55 minutes, in a 9x13 pan. Ice cake after cooled.
