Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, Morton Coarse Sea Salt®
- Butter (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Rub potatoes with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil, and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, or until tender. Serve with butter and sour cream, if desired.
