Asparagus with toasted Pine nuts

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Asparagus
- 1/4 c Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 c Olive Oil
- 1/2 c Pine Nuts
- 1/3 c balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Trim Asparagus stalks. bring about 2 inches of water to boil in a large fying pan. Cook asparagus, uncovered until tender crisp 3 to 5 minutes
Remove and plunge into ice cold water then drain.
Heat butter and oil in pan, add nmuts and stir until hot. (careful not to burn)
Add balsamic vinegar, when bubbly pour over asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
