Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz ) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (14 oz ) can sweet condensed milk
  • 1 (14 oz ) can coconut milk
  • Fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the three milks in large freezer proof bowl with a lid. Stir in nutmeg and vanilla.

Chill in freezer for one to two hours until semi frozen. Remove and whisk with hand mixer until it almost doubles in size and become fluffy.

Add coconut (optional).

Pour back into freezer container with lid and freeze.
