Step 1

RINSE TOMATOES AND CUT IN HALF LENGTHWISE, WITH BACK OF A SEAFOOD FORK HOLLOW OUT THE TOMATO BY REMOVING THE SEEDS. FILL CAVITY OF EACH TOMATO WITH THE BACON MIXTURE. TOP WITH DICED LETTUCE.
