Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds stewmeat
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 5 - 6 potatoes diced
- 5 - 6 carrots cut up
- 3 - 4 celerly stalks cut up
- 3 onions diced small
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf - remove before serving
- salt/pepper

Step 1
Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook low 6 - 7 hours. Do not stir or uncover during cooking. Serve with sweet bread.
