Mustard fried & Breaded Pork Chops

What to do with pork chops? Look no farther.

These are so good. Crispy on the outisde and moist on the inside. You really can't taste the mustard that you coated them in.

Ingredients

  • 3 dashes Worcestshire sauce
  • 1 cup mustard (Combo of 2 of your favorite - I used Dijon and Spicy Brown)
  • 4 Bone In Chops
  • 2 cups flour (season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder)
  • 1/2-1 cup Canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

In shallow dish/bowl add and mix: Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

In another shallow bowl, mix flour and seasonings.

Dredge pork chops in mustard sauce and coat well.

Then with a fork pick up chops and coat with flour mixture patting well.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook chops till golden brown and cooked thru.

Drain on paper towels
