Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Meatballs 1 to 2 lbs
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Tomatoe Paste
  • 1 tsp Beef Concentrate
  • 2 c Bullion
  • 1 c Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Meatballs until done. In a sauce pan blend a ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs and serve.
