Marinade For Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C EVOO
  • 1/3 C Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 C Yellow Onion Minced
  • 2 T Fresh Basil Minced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 t Sea Salt
  • 1/4 t Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine All Ingredients in Bowl, or Blend in Food Processor for Finer Mince.

Place Vegetables on Skewere and Coat with Marinade.

Allow to Sit 30 Minutes, or Overnight Refrigerated.

Place on Grill and Coat with Reserved Marinate.
