Tomato and Watermelon Salad (Awesome)
It may sound strange but it's absolutely delicious and so classic.
- 4 cup watermelon (cubed)
- 2 cup small yellow tomato (cubed)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp red win vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 20mins
Combine watermelon, tomatoes and feta cheese. Toss gently and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
Just before serving drain excess liquid and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with basil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve.
