Baked Penne with Chicken, Broccoli...

Ingredients

1 large onion 1 tbs oil
2 eggs 1 tsp margarine
4 matzos boiling water
Broccoli

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Fry onion in oil
Pour boiling water over matzo
Mix eggs, 1 tsp margarine, onion and drained matzo.

Mix 1/3 of matzo mix and broccoli.

Pour into greased pan.

Put remaining mixture on top.
