Ingredients
- 1 Wedge or Round of Brie
- Pesto sauce
- pine nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Toast pine nuts in oven. Slice Brie horizontally. Spread pesto on Brie and replace top. Put more pesto on top. Cover w/ pine nuts and heat until cheese starts to melt. Serve w/ crackers or on toasted baguettes.
Option: Put peach, strawberry, apricot preserves between layers. Or wrap w/ Pepperidge Farm Puffed Pastry. Top after baking.
