Penne Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 can(14.5oz) diced tomatoes with basil,garlic,oregano
- 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
- 3 1/2 cups penne pasta cooked according to package.
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is crumbled and no longer pink; drain.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/2 cup water. Season to taste.
Coat 13x9x2" baking dish with Pam. Combine cooked pasta with meat/tomato mixture and 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Pour into baking dish. Top evenly with remaining cheese. Baked uncovered @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until heated and cheese melted.
