Pork Ribs

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Asian sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 lb pork back ribs

Step 1

In a blender or food processor combine garlic, cilantro and sugar; blend until a paste is formed. Add soy sauce, chili sauce and vegetable oil; pulse until combined. Pour over the ribs in a zip-lock bag. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 250º. Remove ribs from sauce, shake off excess, reserve remaining sauce. Grill ribs about 4 minutes each side; transfer to a 9x13x2 baking dish and pour reserved sauce over.

Cover with foil and bake 3 hours.
