Ingredients

• Cake Mix
• 2/3 cup Pumpkin
• 3/4 cup Flour
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Soda
• 3 Eggs
• 1 cup Sugar
• Filling
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 2 tsp Butter
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1 cup Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Cake. Bake on wax lined cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 375 degrees

Turn out on towel with powdered sugar on it and let roll up and let cool. Peel off wax paper and unroll. Spread filling and roll back up.
