Ingredients
- 4 square semisweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 3 cup colored mini marshmallows
- 1 pkg coconut

Step 1
Melt chocolate in butter and milk. Stir in sugar and mix. In a large bowl put in marshmallows and fold in chocolate mixture.
On a waxed paper cover generously with coconut.
Spoon 1/4 of cookie dough onto coconut and form into a log. Cover the entire log with coconut while rolling.
Continue with this process until cookie dough is done. Chill for 3 hours.
Cut into 1/4" slices. Keeps well in fridge.
