Margarita Fruit Dip
A light and refreshing dip for a fruit platter.
- 1 (250g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup frozen limeade, partially thawed
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1/2 cup (store bought) Cool Whip, thawed
- Fruits - apples, bananas, pineapples, mango ect...
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 15mins
Beat cream cheese, limeade and juice in a bowl.
Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with fresh fruit.
