Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 10 3/4 oz. can condensed vegetable soup
- 1 cup sliced onions

Step 1
Mix flour and seasonings; pound into steak with meat hammer or edge of heavy saucepan. In large skillet or Dutch oven, brown steak in oil; pour off fat. Add rest of ingredients. Cover; simmer for 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Stir occasionally.
